Throughout this course, you will learn to understand different digital business models and how they are monetized in the digital paradigm of 2024. You will comprehend the experimentation process to develop meaningful growth strategies with a proper methodology. The course will also teach you to create a Customer Journey considering the phase of each business and the actions to apply at each stage. Additionally, you will learn the basic laws of design to build adapted websites and experiments, understand the main psychological biases applied in digital products, and develop an experimentation plan while learning to prioritize different experiments. You will also get to know the main tools for experimentation and measurement.
